Reading the site
You can read every guide without an account. The site has no sign-up form and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the technical data any web request carries (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and protect the service.
Asking a question
On English pages the Ask box opens the site’s assistant when it is available. What you type is sent to the assistant service so it can answer, and conversations are kept to operate and improve the answers. The assistant does not ask for contact details. Do not type passwords, API keys or account tokens into it.
On Chinese pages the consult button opens WeChat customer service. Messages you send there are handled inside WeChat under its own terms.
Your WorkBuddy account
This site has no access to your WorkBuddy or Tencent account and never asks you to sign in to it here.
